Mitsuwa New Jersey will be hosting RAMEN BATTLE III this weekend running Friday, November 8 through Sunday, November 10, 2013. Local ramen vendors have chosen their best-selling noodles for the battle and will have free tastings in store. The company that sells the most ramen over the weekend will be crowned the winnter. It’s your chance to taste all noodles & soup flavors while interacting with actual artisans who are behind each concept.
