Ramsey Golf & Country Club is kicking off the start of the holidays with an Amarone Wine Tasting Dinner on Thursday, November 21, 2013. The evening will commence at 7:00pm with a cocktail reception and continue in their Abbey Dining Room with a four course tasting menu with paired Italian amarone.

First Course:  Campofiorin, Rosso del Veronese, IGT served with Stuffed Quail with Foie Gras Quinoa and Cranberries
Second Course:  Costasera, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, DOCG, 2008  served with Tuscan Style NY Sirloin with Melted Aged Parmeggiano-Reggiano and Fingerlings
