Ooka Sushi & Steak House, has opened in Ridgefield Park, according to the owners. The restaurant features a n array of Japanese cuisine including common sushi bar appetizers, sushi, rolls, etc. There is also a hibachi menu, with an array of meats cooked. The hibachi is done in the kitchen and not out in front of diners, though the owner explained that the quality of meats and fish they serve rivals that of other hibachi restaurants. There are also a number of lunch specials featuring both sushi and/or hibachi items.

Ooka will begin delivery in the area beginning next week, serving lunch on weekdays and dinner everyday.
