The Record Launches “Coffee with the Chef” Column on Wednesday


Since the hire of new food editor Esther Davidowitz in July (and departure of longtime food writer Susan Sherrill), a number of changes have been brewing at The Record’s food section. For the second time in the less than two months, The Record is launching a new Wednesday food column called “Coffee with the Chef” (the previous was “First Course” now published Sundays). Writer Elisa Ung acknowledged the new column today on their blog, explaining the column would let “North Jersey food-lovers know what local tastemakers think, like and dislike.”
