Dana’s Bakery, which produces classic macarons with an American twist, is now offering macaron-making classes with their owner and pastry chef Dana Loia. Their 2.5 hour classes includes hands-on training where you learn the process of making macarons, make a batch yourself and learn a little more with a macaron history lesson. Participants receive a free box (12) of Dana’s Bakery macarons and a packet of original recipes.
