Today Fairway Market unveiled a 84-page kosher catering menu under the supervision of KOF-K. The menu is available at the Paramus and Nanuet stores (and all 13 other locations).

The menu is a mix of hors d’oeuvres, entrees, desserts which a spread over many themed packages. Themes include Asian, Latin, Israeli, Italian, and Deli. Examples include with beef fajitas and “pollo a la brasa,” BBQ brisket latke bites and sushi and sashimi.  Naturally, Jewish appetizing classics like smoked salmon, whitefish, sable, baked salmon with bagels are available as well.

Fairway’s catering team also offers staffing, linens, floral design, and other party equipment rental needs.

Fairway will host a sampling of their kosher Thanksgiving food at the Paramus store from 11:00am to 3:00pm on Sunday, November 3, 2013. Holiday-relevant food tastes of candied sweet potatoes, butternut squash soup, apple cranberry challah stuffing and roaster Josher turkey will be on hand.
