Jersey Artisan Distilling’s Busted Barrel Dark Rum Hits Shelves October 14th

Hardly content resting on their laurels with an August launch of their first artisan rum, Jersey Artisan Distilling (the first distillery in NJ since Prohibition) is back two short months later with a dark version of their Busted Barrel brand. The rum is crafted using all-natural, domestic ingredients distilled in their custom made small batch copper stills locally at their Fairfield, NJ distillery. The rum is then stored in charred white American oak barrels for approximately three months with a handful of vanilla beans, which produces a rum that  is 40% alcohol by volume (80 proof).
