Not to be left out of the burger craze, Fridays has recently introduced a new burger menu featuring their Stacked Burgers. One of the biggest promotional points they have been pushing is their use of 100% fresh, never frozen, USDA Choice beef patties and freshly-baked, buttery, brioche-style buns. (For a more in-depth account of how they crafted this menu item, be sure to check out the BurgerBusiness interview with Friday’s senior director of menu development).

A trio of new burgers are now on the menu, the All-American Stacked Burger (Melted sharp cheddar cheese, onion bacon jam and Asiago and Parmesan spread between two burgers with Thousand Island dressing and peppered bacon), Philly Stacked Burger (Braised shredded beef, mozzarella, Asiago and Parmesan, roasted cremini mushrooms, spicy giardiniera and green onion between two burgers with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, horseradish spread, onion bacon jam and peppered bacon) and Bleu Cheese Stacked Burger (Melted bleu cheese, roasted cremini mushrooms, balsamic and green onions between two burgers crusted with bleu cheese, and roasted garlic rosemary aioli and peppered bacon).

TGI Fridays is also promoting the “freshness” and “quality” of the other burger ingredients, promising to build each with crisp iceberg lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, crunchy pickles and sliced onions. Along with that freshly-baked bun, they expect that the “delicious taste of mouth-watering beef is captured in every bite”.
