Assembly Steak House in Englewood Cliffs Now Closed on Mondays

Assembly Steak House, the longtime restaurant at the intersection of Route 9W and Palisade Avenue in Englewood Cliffs (which is now also the home of Central Kitchen), has gone to Facebook to announce they will no longer be open on Mondays. According to the post, they will take the time to work on projects they couldn’t otherwise due to time constraints.
