An Autumnal Celebration, featuring Chef Peter Dulligan’s culinary creations accompanied by five of the finest and most varied Whisk(e)ys of Scotland and Ireland.  The Whisk(e)ys, matched carefully to each Course, will be accompanied by Discourse by The Maltmaster on their History, Production and Characteristics, with counsel on enhancing the Tasting of each.
