Varrelmann’s Bake Shop Re-Opens in Rutherford

Varrelmann’s Bake Shop, the German bakery in Rutherford, had reopened their doors beginning on August 30th. Needing significant repairs, their 100+ year old year old oven was shut down early to mid-August. With the help of a repair man familiar with an antique oven such as theirs, the baked goods they’ve been making for decades are now available again just in time for the fall.
