Cakepanadas Debut This Weekend at Red White and Que Festival
Cakepanadas, the new dessert creation from the minds at Empanada Mania in Bergenfield that we reported about three weeks ago, have debuted this weekend at the Red White and Que BBQ Rib Cookoff and Festival in Cresskill.
This is the first opportunity for the public to get a crack at their newest sweet concoction. The Cakepanada is a traditional empanada shell, that has been stuffed with made from scratch cake. Flavors so far are Chocolate Raspberry and Vanilla Passion Fruit.
