Update: Noodles and Company Fair Lawn is now open

Noodles & Company, the causal chain that features noodle dishes inspired from global cuisines that first opened in East Brunswick back in June, has chosen Ramsey (exact location not currently available) as one of their upcoming Bergen County locations.  The menu features Asian, Mediterranean and American noodles, salads and sandwiches including their take on noodle classics like Pad Thai, Lo Mein and Mac & Cheese.The franchisee for Noodles & Company is Mascott Corporation, which plans to open 40 Noodles & Company locations throughout New Jersey over the next 10 years.
