The Bouwerie, the New American restaurant located on the Old Tappan Golf Course property, has launched a new menu (see below) featuring a number of appetizers, salads and entrees. Other menu-related notes of interest are fresh bread delivered daily from Rockland Bakery, plus a full bar and cocktail program including signature martinis and infused vodkas. The (almost) 2 and a half year old restaurant hosts live music regularly and launched an outdoor patio for dining and drinking earlier this year.
