Cravings Tapas in Ridgewood Gets Chef and Opening Schedule
Update: Owner Michael Merida has informed us that the opening has been pushed to Friday, November 29, 2013
The Record’s food blog, Second Helpings, is reporting that the upcoming Cravings tapas bistro in Ridgewood (which we reported was coming back in June) is to be helmed by former Mezza (Westwood) chef Michael Merida with a “global menu of small plates and entrees (including Spanish, American, Italian and Mediterranean influences)” and a “juice bar”. An opening is expected later this month or September.
