Pier 701, a new seafood restaurant that replaced the Lighthouse in Piermont, is from the Harvest Bistro (Closter) restaurant team has soft launched and is serving both lunch and dinner. The food is by Executive Chef Denis Whitton and operated by partner Russell Stern. The restaurant features panoramic river views and a seafood-heavy menu. Pier 701 is open till 10pm Monday thru Thursday and 1am Fridays and Saturdays. A bar menu and late night menu are also available.
