New Jersey Harvest Dinner at Blue Morel in Morristown on August 22nd

Chef Thomas Ciszak’s next Fork & Cork dinner will be a celebration of New Jersey ingredients and the summer harvest. The New Jersey Harvest Dinner will be held at Blue Morel on Thursday August 22 at 7pm. The five-course menu will highlight seasonal produce from local New Jersey farms including tomatoes, watermelon, corn, peaches and squash as, well as Barnegat Light scallops and bison from Readington River Buffalo Farm. Each course will be paired with New Jersey wines from Alba Vineyard and other local winemakers. The New Jersey Harvest Dinner is $69 inclusive of food and wine (tax and gratuity additional).
