L’Arte Della Pasticceria, a pastry shop that “specializes in authentic Italian pastries reinvented with lighter, locally-sourced ingredients”, has opened in Ramsey according to it’s Facebook page. The shop is run by pastry chef Michael Volpe, who has worked internationally and is a certified pastry chef. The menu includes pastries, cookies, tarts, cakes and more.
