Simon Malls, the mall developer behind the new indoor/outdoor mall complex The Shops at Nanuet (formerly Nanuet Mall), has announced Corner Bakery Cafe as another tenant for the mall which is expected to open October 10, 2013. The mall, which borders Bergen to the north in Rockland County, has already announced The Shops at Nanuet Restaurants including Zinburger, Lime Fresh Mexican Grill and P.F. Chang’s among others earlier this year.

Corner Bakery Cafe is a fast-casual restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring salads, sandwiches, coffees, teas and more. Breads are baked fresh and
