Executive Chef Joseph Cuccia has created this four course menu exclusively for Macy’s. They invite you to learn, taste, and shop while they inspire you to elevate everyday cooking with ease and elegance.

On Wednesday, July 24th from 5pm – 7pm at Macy’s Garden State Plaza they kick off of the July Semi Annual Home Sale and the First Course of Tomato Cucumber Gazpacho with Seared Rock Shrimp; demonstrated by Executive Chef Joseph Cuccia of Joseph Cuccia Catering.
