Boozy Burbs has gotten the official notice from the team at Pier 115 Bar & Grill that their gastropub and sports bar in Edgewater has opened. Pier 115 Bar & Grill is an indoor/outdoor concept with a 200-seat dining room, 60-seat outdoor “Pier Deck,” and and 150-person “Q Dock” lounge from restaurant vet Jeremy Casilli (AOA).

“With world-class views from the west bank of the Hudson River”, Casilli promotes the space as “a venue that serves as a go-to sports bar, yet is still the kind of a place where your wife or girlfriend would enjoy spending a fun night out.”

Executive chef Dennis Cruz (Gotham Bar & Grill, The Four Seasons) runs the kitchen featuring a full service kitchen serving apps, wood-fired pizzas, burgers and entrees (see embedded menu below).

Their beer selection includes 100 bottles and drafts, a large wine list and specialty cocktails.
