Rosa Mexicano, the upscale Mexican chain, has launched their “Cantina Bar” concept at the Hackensack location. Not content with a simple outdoor dining area, this “festive” concept features it’s own special menu (which is available at the bar as well) with margarita pitchers, street-style tacos, tortas (Mexican sandwiches) and more. Drinking is certainly one of the key draws, with a Happy Hour Mondays thru Fridays from 4:00pm thru 7:00pm and all day Sunday with discounted drinks. The Cantina Bar is open everyday weather permitting.
