Now in it’s second year, the International Food & Wine Festival is back at the Ramsey Golf & Country Club. Their Lakeside Grille & Bar, which is open to the public and features a seasonal American menu, is featuring cuisines from a different country each week during the summer through Labor Day (Their regular menu is always still available during this time). In addition, a regional beverage will be featured as as well, whether it be a wine, specialty cocktail or beer from the region.

The menus are created on a weekly basis by Executive chef James Burnett and Sous-chef Andrew Strangio. Sample menu items from ‘Argentina’ week includes: Quinoa Croquettes, Grilled Oysters with Spinach Queso Fresco and Red Peppers, Tira de Asado, Churasco Chimichurri Hanger Steak, Roasted Patagonian Toothfish, Tortas Fritas and Tres Leche Cake.
