Stella Artois Cidre Launches on May 13
Stella Artois is set to introduce their Stella Artois Cidre to the US on Monday. The European-style cider is made with apples and will initially be available in 26 U.S. states. While the craft beer phenomenon gets most of the press ink, the beer cider category is also growing exponentially in the US.
European-style cider is drier than their American counterparts, most commonly compared to white wines. Stella Artois Cidre ABV is 4.5% and will be available in 12 ounce four-packs and 24 ounce (single) bottles.
