Three Men and a Baby Back are offering to give up some of their secrets that go into creating award winning Barbeque & Grilling in an all new cooking class.

Three Men and a Baby Back, an award competition BBQ Team from Northern New Jersey, will be hosting a one day tutorial on what goes into producing championship grilling. Fresh off of their big 1st place win at the Jack Daniels Invitational “I know Jack about Grilling” contest, the team will be sharing some of their award winning grilling techniques. The class will cover preparations and trimming, mixing spices for rubs and sauces, and different grilling styles, and equipment.  The class costs $60.00 per person.

The team will demonstrate the following recipes:

• Spicy Chorizo Stuffed Mushrooms with Smoked Provolone
• Blackened Grilled Catfish with Tropical Guava Mango Salsa and Lemon-Basil Aioli
• Herb Marinated Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimicurri Sauce
• Smokey Chipotle and Applewood Bacon Sliders with Smoked Vermont Cheddar and Crispy Vidalia Onions
• Toasted Marshmallow Bourbon Milkshakes
