Carlo’s Bakery Opens in Ridgewood

According to Bergen.com and NJ.com, the “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro, has finally opened the slightly-delayed Ridgewood outpost of his popular Carlo’s Bakery. The bakery is located at 12 Wilsey Square and features the cakes and cookies from their shop in Hoboken. The larger space will also host birthday parties and more.
