Local – Seasonal Kitchen Eyeing February Opening in Ramsey

Chef Steven Santoro’s new sustainable and local Epicurean adventure called Local – Season Kitchen is now expecting to open sometime in February 2013. Manager Lauren White will be running the front of house and as The Record’s Second Helpings blog reported back in October, Chef Santoro is looking to source all food served from a 100-mile radius of the restaurant and focus on hormone and antibiotic-free meat with the menu changes expected approximately every two weeks.
