Due to the success and sustained interest in their BBQ smoking class last August, award-winning pitmasters Three Men and a Babyback (3MBBQ) have decided to offer some new classes starting in 2013. A Super Bowl-themed class will be on January 19th and a Valentine’s Day menu featuring aphrodisiac foods will be on February 9th. Classes will be held at the American Legion in Cresskill, NJ and proceeds from the events will benefit them as well. Those interested should visit 3MBBQ’s website or check them out on Facebook.

• Sweet Swine And Bovine Touchdown Chili
• Sweet Roasted Corn and Guacamole Dip with Homemade “Bovami” Tortilla Chips
• Spicy Buffalo Chicken and Smoked Cheese “Fondip”
• ABT’s – Jalapeno peppers, stuffed with a cheesy pulled pork filling, wrapped in bacon and smoked to perfection.
