Opening Alert: Istanblue, River Edge, NJ
Istanblue, a new Medierranean restaurant, has opened in the space of similarly themed Efes Restaurant and Turkish Kitchen. The menu (View Menu) hot & cold apps (spreads, sakads), grilled kebabs, casseroles, sandwiches and various seafood dishes. There is also a breakfast menu, which appears to be available on weekends – including a brunch buffet. Istanblue is open seven days a week from 11:00am till 11:00pm (Mon-Fri) and 8:00am till midnight (Sat-Sun).
