Pulse, a new gym in Westwood is not only a place to get in shape, but a location to grab some prepared foods from Chef Dana Cohen. The Hell’s Kitchen alum has combined her two lifelong passions of food and exercise – she’s recently become a certified personal trainer – by cooking up a menu of healthy foods at Pulse. All the dishes from her rotating menu – offer fresh, seasonal ingredients and are available to anyone – the cafe is open to the public and not just gym members. Pulse’s current hours are Monday-Friday from 5am-8pm and Saturday-Sunday 7am-12pm.
