Taylor Ham Named A Best Rare Regional American Food

New Jersey isn’t a food wasteland after all. Thrillist has named Taylor Ham — you may also call it a Pork Roll — to their list of Best Rare Regional American Foods. The list of “hyper-regional” foods features the meat — as you know are common in breakfast sandwiches — alongside items like a Tater Tot Hotdish (Minnesota/North Dakota), a Hot Brown (Louisville) and something called a Garbage Plate (Rochester here we come!).
