Sip. Slurp. Repeat. That’s the directions given at ramen house Ani Ramen, which opens tomorrow in Montclair. The restaurant (first reported in March), offers noodles are that made fresh daily with no MSG. For those unfamiliar, ramen is a traditionally-Japanese (wheat-based) noodle soup dish, using a (typically) meat-based broth and served with an array of accoutrements.

Ani Ramen features a menu (see website) of 6 ramen combinations of broths, meats and vegetables, plus a number of hot and cold options that can be added for an extra cost.
