As expected, the rotisserie-centric cafe and eatery Le Bon Choix, has opened in Ridgewood. According to the store’s manager, they’re offering high quality, homemade salads, sandwiches and soups with a selection of locally sustained, naturally-raised chicken (from Goffle Farms) and sides. All the breads are from Balthazar and they’ve got a few homemade pastries as well ― plus they heavily crafted the menu with gluten-free in mind. They are open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner with dine-in, takeout and local delivery available.
