All You Can Eat NJ: Picnic Garden, Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Korean BBQ)
Recently opened Picnic Garden (conveniently located next to a Bally’s fitness center in case you want to preemptively burn all those calories before your feast or right afterwards if that works better) is one of a few recently opened all you can eat places in the area. We’re not sure if the economic downturn over the last few years has businesses looking to AYCE as a value proposition to lure customers in, but we welcome the choices and competition for our hard earned greenbacks.
The setup is fairly simple: Large stations with choices of meat (we’ve seen beef short ribs, heart, chicken gizzard, chicken, spicy pork ribs, squid, spicy chicken, intestines, pork belly and more) are displayed for obvious self-service, as is a large selection of banchan with many usual Korean choices for those familiar (including various kimchi and namul).
Pricing is also pretty straightforward. Lunch on weekdays is $16 and $23 on the weekend. Dinner on weekdays is $27 and $30 on the weekend.
