While the hot food trends tend to take their time to find their way to the burbs – the latest hotness from the city is bone broth — and why shouldn’t it be? With freezing cold temperatures this time of year, there’s no doubt that soup — which is what bone broth really is, isn’t it? — is comforting in the wintertime. Are any Bergen County restaurants jumping on the trend? We haven’t heard of any yet – but we imagine some industrious restaurateur will get around to relabeling a menu item eventually.
