Update: CARS Delivery Ramsey is now open at it’s new location

CARS Delivery, the late night restaurant/food delivery operation in Ramsey that , has ceased operations at their current location and will reopen in an expanded spot also in Ramsey. CARS is owned by brothers AJ and Rich DiBenedetto, who also operate a location in Montclair. This new location will take many cues from there, with expanded hours, menu and more.

The menu, which currently includes Fat Sandwiches, Burgers and Mac N Cheese, will now also include Montclair staples like an expanded burger selection, cheesesteaks and a line of product from Atomic Wings. There will also be healthier (non-fried) options like grilled chicken and hummus. 

The new location, which is 1400 square feet, will offer expanded seating for guests who’d like to stay and eat. They’ll also be moving to a 7 day a week schedule, with plans to eventually be open everyday from 11:00am till 3:00am. They will continue to deliver to Ramsey, Mahwah, Saddle River, Upper Saddle River, Ho-Ho-Kus, Waldwick, Allendale and parts of Franklin Lakes. DiBenedetto hopes this new location will open sometime by the end of June.
