A fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in salads and health-focused meals is expanding in Bergen County.

They currently operate a shop in Paramus on Route 17.

Just Salad has signed a lease for a new location at the Midland Park Shopping Center, located at 85 Godwin Avenue in Midland Park.

The upcoming restaurant will occupy a 1,980-square-foot end-cap space at the shopping center, adding another dining option to the property.

Founded in New York City in 2006, Just Salad offers a menu centered around customizable salads and warm bowls, along with wraps, soups and other options.

The chain is also known for its reusable bowl program, which encourages customers to reduce single-use packaging.

An opening date for the Midland Park location has not yet been announced.
