Khyber Coffee & Tea House has expanded into Bergen County with its second location.

The coffee and tea shop is now open at 264 Main Street in Hackensack, marking its first Bergen County outpost-Khyber’s original location is in New Brunswick.

The café draws inspiration from South Asian flavors, with a menu centered around specialty coffee, matcha and tea drinks.

Offerings include chai, Kashmiri chai and other drinks incorporating ingredients and flavors such as cardamom, rose and saffron.

Khyber also offers pastries and light food options, with the concept designed as a modern coffeehouse influenced by South Asian café culture.

The Hackensack location is open six days a week, with later hours on Fridays and Saturdays. It is closed Tuesdays.
