New American Brasserie Coming to Bergen County’s Northern Valley
A new American brasserie is coming soon to Bergen County.
The Station is preparing to open at 44 Park Street in Demarest, taking over a historic building that once served as the town’s railroad station.
The concept is described as an American brasserie inspired by classic French dining, with a focus on seasonal dishes, approachable favorites and cocktails.
According to the restaurant, the space has been reimagined while preserving details from the building’s past, including original architectural elements and references to its history as a passenger depot along the Northern Railroad of New Jersey.
The Station is expected to offer both indoor and outdoor dining, with the restaurant positioning itself as a neighborhood gathering place for dinner and drinks.
An opening date has not yet been announced, but The Station has launched a guest list for updates ahead of its debut.
