A Bergen County favorite that first gained attention during the pandemic has officially entered its next chapter.

Dillery Deli, the new sandwich-focused concept from owner Dylan Elias, is now open in East Rutherford, marking the next evolution of the brand behind Plated by D.

Elias launched Plated by D during the height of COVID-19, building a loyal following through thoughtfully curated charcuterie boards that combined premium ingredients, creative presentation, and bold flavor combinations.

What began as a pandemic-era venture quickly grew into a recognizable name across Bergen County. Now, the concept has shifted its focus to sandwiches.

Dillery Deli brings together Italian and French influences with the same creativity that helped put Plated by D on the map.

The menu centers on specialty sandwiches and house-made flavors, while embracing the playful, pickle-forward personality that has become part of the brand’s identity.

It promises the same attention to detail and quality ingredients customers have come to expect, but in a more casual format designed around craveable sandwiches and everyday lunch favorites.

In addition, Elias will still be operating Plated by D out of the new shop offering the entire selection of charcuterie boards and more.
