A major new waterfront dining destination has officially opened along the Hudson River.

West & Co. is now open at 45 Riverwalk Place in West New York, bringing a large-scale waterfront brasserie concept with panoramic Manhattan skyline views to a long-vacant riverfront space.

The restaurant comes from restaurateur Jeremy Casilli alongside NYC real estate principal Michael Besen. The address had remained vacant for more than two decades before recently being redeveloped into the new dining concept.

West & Co. is designed as a classic American brasserie with Art Deco influences, featuring warm white oak finishes, curved banquettes, expansive waterfront-facing windows, a large cocktail bar, and a glass-enclosed private wine room. An outdoor terrace overlooks the Hudson River and New York City skyline.

The concept also includes The Wax Room, a hidden speakeasy-style space tucked behind the kitchen featuring an extensive vinyl collection and turntable-driven music experience.

The menu focuses on brasserie-inspired dishes including French Onion Soup, Mussels & Frites, Branzino Amandine, Octopus Carpaccio, seafood towers, oysters, and rotating butcher cuts, alongside a cocktail program centered around classic drinks.

Operations are led by Wander DeBrito, a French Culinary Institute graduate whose background includes Michelin-recognized restaurants such as Del Posto and Gramercy Tavern.

West & Co. is currently open seven days a week.
