A new artisan bakery has opened in Bergen County.

J’Adore New York debuted at 13-33 River Road in Fair Lawn, bringing a concept centered around fresh, handcrafted breads and pastries.

It’s founded by social media dessert creator and patissier J’adore.

The bakery draws inspiration from classic European techniques combined with a modern New York influence, offering a selection of artisan loaves, croissants, pastries, and seasonal specialties.

All items are baked daily using high-quality ingredients, with a focus on flavor, texture, and traditional baking methods.

It’s currently opened with limited hours.
