Rosolini has officially opened its doors at The Promenade in Edgewater, introducing a modern take on Italian cuisine to the Hudson waterfront.
Led by veteran Chef Marino Rosato, whose career spans over three decades in fine dining across the U.S. and Europe, Rosolini blends classic Italian traditions with contemporary technique.
Trained in Italy and mentored by chefs Giuliano Amato and Giovanni Corraretti, Rosato brings experience from high-profile roles including Executive Chef at Max Amore (CT) and L’Opera (CA), as well as events for dignitaries like President Bill Clinton and King Hussein of Jordan.
The restaurant is the latest venture from Rosolini USA, a hospitality group founded by a team of entrepreneurs and food lovers aiming to create a welcoming space rooted in Italian flavors and community spirit.
Rosolini’s menu draws inspiration from regional Italian traditions, blending classic flavors with modern technique—including pizzas baked in their wood-fired oven.
Their mission is to offer elevated dishes and curated wines in a warm, modern setting—designed for both weeknight gatherings and special occasions.
It’s currently open seven days a week.
