Panebianco, Crafted by Cos is a new Italian eatery coming soon to Rutherford.

Signage is up announcing its impending arrival at 88 Park Avenue.

It’s appears the “Crafted by Cos’ denotes that the business involves Chef Constantino Cammarano.

Cammarano, is a native of Salerno and has “studied with some of Europe’s finest chefs” while earning “several prestigious culinary degrees”.

Plans for the business include a “revolutionary food experience” that will “transform your palate”.

In addition, it seems that the business is applying for a liquor license.

Of course all the details about the restaurant could change at any time.
