Just Salad, the chain of salad restaurants, has opened in Clifton.

It was created in NYC back in 2006 and has locations around the country — this is their second store to open in Passaic County and 9th overall in Jersey.

Focused on sustainability, health and connection — features “intentional ingredients” and focuses on making “everyday health + everyday sustainability possible”.

The menu (View Menu) includes signature salads, warm bowls, wraps, smoothies, soups and more.

There’s also seasonal choices and the ability to filter options such as climatarian, keto, vegan, gluten-free and paleo.

As far as sustainability, they run a large reusable program, use carbon labeling, reduce reliance on single-use packaging and continually tweak their menu for improved climate conscious options.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
