Ventanas, the “modern American-Asian-Cuban” restaurant and bar in Fort Lee located between the Modern residential buildings, has begun serving lunch for the first time. The collaboration of owner Alexander Duran with celebrity Chef David Burke and Chef Ricardo Cardona has been officially open since mid-March.

The menu overseen by Executive Chef Andrew Riccatelli (View Menu) has a number of different “Mains” than their dinner choices — including a few sandwiches, burger, omelette, salads and more.

Lunch is currently available Wednesdays thru Fridays beginning at 11:00am.
