With the possibility of up to 11 locations in the state, specific areas being looked at are Jersey City, Hoboken, Bridgewater, West Orange, Summit, Princeton and retail mecca Paramus in Bergen County.

Their menu (View Menu) uses organic seasonal and local and ingredients from their suppliers including bowls, salads, sandwiches, soups and more. Covering and array of dietary choices/needs, they also acquired a farm in Orient, New York — grabbing control of their food chain to supply fruits and vegetables directly to their restaurants.
