Chef Giuseppe Staiano To Oversee Kitchen at Valley Stables in Oakland (New Menu)
Valley Stables in Oakland has added a new addition to its team. Beginning this week, Executive Chef Giuseppe Staiano is supervising the kitchen (including all aspects of the food), though he will continue to run his kitchen over at Giuseppe Restaurant in North Haledon. According to Staiano, the menu (see below) will continue to be a “strong American menu” with addition of more seafood, less fried items and some other “refinement”.
