Blackbeard Ramen in Cliffside Park Returns After Temporary Closure
Blackbeard Ramen has reopened in Cliffside Park following a temporary closure that lasted more than two months.
The restaurant, located at 607 Gorge Road, resumed operations on October 30 after closing in August due to a serious medical condition affecting a member of its team.
Blackbeard Ramen originally opened in 2015, with Boozy Burbs covering its debut in November of that year.
The small restaurant, which originally featured approximately 15 seats plus counter seating, specializes in Japanese ramen, offering several varieties including tonkotsu, miso, curry and its signature Blackbeard Ramen, alongside a selection of appetizers.
In its reopening announcement, the restaurant thanked customers for their patience and support during the closure and confirmed that it had resumed regular business hours.
Blackbeard Ramen also noted that third-party delivery services may be temporarily limited as operations return to normal.
