A new fast-casual restaurant focused on fresh bowls, salads and wraps is preparing to open in Fair Lawn.

Field Day is coming to the Fair Lawn Promenade at 3110 Promenade Boulevard, bringing a health-focused concept centered around freshly prepared meals.

The restaurant’s menu will feature customizable bowls, salads, wraps and soups, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and housemade dressings.

Menu selections include combinations of grains, vegetables and proteins, with options such as the Fall Harvest Bowl, Chicken Tostada Bowl and Chicken Caesar Wrap.

According to the business, vegetables will be roasted, grains cooked and chicken grilled in-house, with sauces and dressings prepared from scratch.

The space is currently under construction, and an official opening date has not been announced.
